Attentive to these major evolutions and noting the institutional fragilities of some of its partners, Secours Catholique's strategy of positioning its international solidarity actions has been redefined. Faced with this increasingly changing and competitive environment, the need to help its partners better organize themselves and professionalize them, has led Secours Catholique to gradually evolve its main role from a simple funder to a leader. dynamics of change and institutional development actions.
